Energy Alignment Method – We will introduce you to the Energy Alignment Method, a transformative form of applied energy kinesiology, which will help you tap into your inner power and potential.
Aligned Action – Discover the next steps to take, the actions aligned with your desires, to transmute stagnant energy and move forward with purpose and intention.
Visualis(z)ation Exercise – We will reinforce and embed your newfound clarity and confidence through a compelling visualis(z)ation exercise that will supercharge your manifestation energy.
Recordings and Workbook – You’ll get all the support you need, including replays of the workshops (to review and reflect on) as well as prompts in the accompanying workbook. This allows you to maintain an alignment and empowerment practice beyond this series.
