Granting forgiveness can sometimes be a bitter pill to swallow.

In this podcast episode I illustrate and explain that in forgiving others and our selves for past wrong-doings, injuries or hurt, can actually empower ourselves to live in peace, more calmly in the present moment and in universal harmony to live a more connected, abundant life.

In God’s image we can exercise forgiveness as a powerful act of God that we can pay forward to ourselves and others. By forgiving we can enjoy healthier relationships and improved emotional, mental and physical health. We reduce stress, anxiety, hostility and the risk of depression. We lower blood pressure and boost our immune system, our heart health and our self-esteem.
